Stranger Things t-shirts

Stranger Things t-shirts are now available. Check out the store here:

http://www.spreadshirt.com/shop.php?sid=4673

Some lucky people (they know who they are) will be sporting them at GenCon. Be one of the cool kids. Order one today. T-shirt revenue goes straight into the printing fund for the game.

UPDATE: I may still use Lulu for the first print version of the game. In which case, t-shirt revenue will pay for more artwork for the print book. In any case, t-shirt money goes back into the game.

If that's the case, I will definitely buy a t-shirt, even without having played the game--just the preview and actual play write-ups tell me this will be one of my favorite games.

Yes, I've decided to do a print book.

There's still a chance I will use Lulu, though. Depends on how the shirts sell, and how many pre-orders I can get for the book.

But John, it's black. What will you find in your wardrobe to match it??

(very cool shirt, mister)

very smooth. I dig it.

The rune is the symbol for the Strangers. It literally means outsider/judge.

The proverb is "Know each other as if your were brothers; make judgments as if you were strangers."

Any shirt that prompts The Deuce to taunt you rates an A+.

Man, if my shirt doesn't make it on time, why, jiminy christmas, I just don't know what I'll do! I might have to pretend I hate it.

I'm tryin' man! I bugged the shirt folks again today. Hopefully they can get those orders moving and deliver them before you leave for GenCon.

Thank you to the first two t-shirt buyers... whoever you are...

Also, mad props to Aidan Grey, the designer of Glyphis, the ultra-cool font I'm using for the Stranger Things glyphs. I contacted him recently about licensing issues with the font, and he's been 100% awesome about it. And, he's a game designer and Forge member, too! Small world.

There may not be ST shirts here at the GC, but there is a book with a cover that is getting much praise. Jared says to me, man, this looks good, and I say, John Harper did it, and he says, yeah, that figures.

Blogger John Harper says:

Aw, shucks.

Blogger John Harper says:

Awesome! Thanks so much for supporting the game even before it's released.
