The Greatest Thing Ever Has Happened
Thursday, June 10, 2010
The mad geniuses, Sean Nittner and Travis Lindquist, ran a game of Agon with a webcam set up over the table so, in another room, a group of players playing the greek gods could observe them and influence the game.Oh, also? The gods players were playing In A Wicked Age with each other at the same time.
You have to read the complete AP post. It's mind-boggling.
Sean, Travis... my hat is off, sirs.

DAGON!
Thursday, January 17, 2008
Dave Younce is running Delta Green using the system from Agon as part of the "Play This With That" Challenge from Story Games. He's calling it DAGON, which is awesome. I told him I would make a character sheet for the game, and he told me to go crazy. So I did.
Click the image to download the PDF.
UPDATE: The game has been played! There's an AP on Story Games and Dave posted some photos. Check out that sexy Google-Earth mission briefing! So sweet.

Tuesday, April 03, 2007
I've been thinking a lot about Shadowrun lately, and that means I'll probably have to run it sometime soon. But nothing can make me use the SR system again (I'm free!), so I've decided to put Agon on the stove and start cooking up some conversion goodness.Stop on by and check it out:

Shreyas, this will probably be something like that in-depth system-conversion analysis thing that we started over on your blog. I'm especially interested in your input.

Agon Demo Recording
Monday, September 04, 2006
Jeff and Judd, the Sons of Kryos, have posted their recording of my Agon demo from GenCon 2006. Despite my long-windedness (my 15-minute demo is 26 minutes long), I think it turned out rather well. If you're unfamiliar with the game, you might want to take a look at the character sheet while you listen, to follow along.[MP3 direct file link]
